Called out of the blue for an estimate on a sliding glass door that was stiff….they answered right away, set up an appointment, they called the day before, they called 15 minutes before the tech showed up, and the tech was first class!

He gave us an estimate, and immediately went to work! Replaced the rollers on the doors, flipped a door that was incorrectly installed, greased everything up and was done in 45minutes! Very smooth operation!

They provided all needed information over the phone. Scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks ahead with a 1 hour window, provided an estimate range. They called to let me know they were on the way and showed up on time! The technician was knowledgeable and nice. Provided the price and timeframe for repair. The technician showed up early, clean, and COVID-safe. The work (repairing a cat-torn screen door and noisy sliding patio door) was done very quickly, the technician cleaned up after himself, was very professional and friendly. The technician Cesar from Sliding Door Experts (company located in Miami) they repair sliding doors came out to my condo in Hialeah. I cannot tell you how hard it was to drag open our patio slider door. He was on time and explained what need to be done in detail. The slider door rollers were replaced and new stainless steel track covers were installed. The result is that the slider door now glides perfectly with one finger! Update 9/2019:
I can not describe how helpful and professional this company is. I had some light “flooding” of water coming into my condo during a period of heavy rain and Jennifer sent Luis out to me after normal business hours on a Friday night. Luis proceeded to caulk all the holes in my sliding doors that were letting to much water pass thru and completely stopped the water from overflowing into my home. I was beyond grateful to The Sliding Door Experts for their help. Do not hesitate to contact them for any sliding door needs you may have as they are very knowledgable and reasonable.

They changed the wheel and handle on my very old door and it feels like a brand new door was installed! The door slides easily and smoothly without making any noise. It’s like butter lol. The handle is also very nice and looks good. The installers fixed it in 45 minutes and thoroughly cleaned the window after they finished. I also liked that it came with a 2 year warranty in the event there is an issue. Jennifer in customer care is very friendly and helpful also. If you need your sliding doors or windows fixed I would highly recommend them.

I called The Sliding Door Experts in regards to my door being very rough to open and close, they immediately provided me with a free estimate. The customer service was truly amazing from the person I spoke to over the phone to the technician who came to my house. The technician gave me a detailed explanation as to why my doors weren’t rolling properly and provided the quote. I approved and he began the work, once the job was completed I could have sworn they replaced my door and put a new one, they were rolling soo smoothly . Wow in such a good way!
